Refund policy

Aparajitha's RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. We only offer returns for products delivered to you with manufacturing defects.
2. Since most of our products are handmade; human imperfections while making the handcrafted products do not fall under manufacturing defects.
3. Refund will be provided for all products with damage/defects. You need to share pictures/videos from beginning to end highlighting the damage and ask for a refund within 2 days from the date of delivery.
4. To raise a refund request, please drop us an email at aparajitha444@gmail.com along with your order and return details and supporting's. 
5. 5% Processing charge will be deducted from the amount
6. Returns must be initiated from your end Aparajitha will not process any return pickups.
7. Customers returning products, not in the original condition may be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the total amount of the original purchase price. It sounds a bit harsh but it’s just to deter the people from keeping wrong intentions while handling products. The majority will never get impacted by this*.
